Terms and Conditions
1) Flower arrangements delivered may not be exactly the same as those shown on
the site. We make all possible efforts to deliver exactly the similar
arrangement but because of seasonal and location constraints, we may need to
substitute some flowers. Although, we promise that the number of flowers will
be the same and the value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than
what is shown on the site.
2) Products seen may vary from original flowers in terms of availability.
3) Deliveries within Guntur and Vijayawada will be made on the same day,
depending on your request (any time). Deliveries to other towns and rural
villages will be done on the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm IST.
If the order is placed after 12 pm IST we would try to deliver your order on
the same day depending on your request, and if we are unable to deliver on the
same day, the same would be delivered on the next day.
4) Please make sure you provide the correct address with details when making a
request to make our delivery process efficient and reliable. We will not be
responsible for any incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be
entertained.
5) Deliveries :
We cannot guarantee the delivery on a specified time due to the logistics
involved .You can still request for a specific time of delivery, in the
"Special Instructions" column in the order form and we will try our best to
honour it..
Deliveries by our service providers are done between ( 9 AM to 7 PM ).
Orders placed for Cakes will not be possible early in the morning at all ,
since the cakes have to be procured fresh from the bakery and delivered. So
the delivery of the cakes would only be possible after 11 AM .
Cakes : All Cakes are pastry cakes unless they are mentioned as Butter Cream or Normal Cakes.
flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location. GunturEshop.com will not entertain any complaint for such items after 12 hours from the time of delivery.
The image displayed is indicative in nature. If any ordered product is not available for delivery on requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with next best available flavour, color, shape & size. We can’t commit a time for the delivery.
The Time of delivery is not guaranteed, regardless of any request otherwise.
6) Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will
ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the
100% refund will be tenable.
GunturEshop provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions,
and provisions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing, viewing, or using this
site, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept
them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to
these Terms and Conditions.
